How to Delete your Zoom Account

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Zoom doesn’t provide an option for users to delete their accounts directly through the Zoom application or website. However, you can contact Zoom support to request the deletion of your account. Here are the general steps:

  1. Log In to Your Zoom Account:
    • Go to the Zoom website (www.zoom.us) and log in to the Zoom account you want to delete.
  2. Visit Zoom Support:

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Contact Zoom Support” or “Submit a Request” link.
  4. Choose “Account Management”:
    • In the form that appears, choose “Account Management” as the category.
  5. Select “Delete My Account”:
    • Choose the option that best describes your request. There may be an option related to account deletion or closure.
  6. Fill Out the Form:
    • Complete the form with the necessary details, including your name, email address, and a description of your request to delete your account.
  7. Submit the Request:
    • Click on the “Submit” or “Send” button to submit your request.
  8. Wait for Confirmation:
    • You should receive an email confirmation or response from Zoom Support regarding your account deletion request. Follow any additional instructions provided.
